Your last pull is the easiest of them all. Reason I say paladin with bubble is so that the paladin does not pull any agro, if the adds aren't positioned quickly and properly they can be deadly.Īgain once the right Skull group is dead, do the same with the left Skull group. There is no CC needed this fight but if you have a paladin healer (well tbh any paladin really) who can bubble and heal the tank if needed while he is still positioning the adds can help. The Orbs do some very powerful AOE damage (which can take a tank down in a couple of seconds alone) which is why you need to run in and pull them back as soon as possible, hopefully only getting hit once by the orb. Some groups like the pull the middle patrolling groups first, but the problem with this is that if the tank who tries to pull them does not run exactly in the middle, the orbs hovering above the left/right groups will most likely kill the tank. There are the identical Skull and Cross groups on the left side, sot he left Skull group gets pulled after this first Skull group. We are only going to be pulling the Skull group at the moment. In the Screenshot I have marked two groups with a Skull and a Cross. This is a game changer.I recommend for the next pull you do the two side groups next. I'm not even gonna mention how ridiculous this is gonna be for my alts, who are already struggling to keep up with the impossible anima requirements to level up the buildings.ĮDIT : Kyrians rejoice ! In 9.1.5, challenge attempts will NOT consume medallions of service anymore, they will ONLY be used to craft charms and other optional things. Now, I realize that my "solid progress" was due to me having 8 months worth of this currency, and now that I'm out of it, I'm only gonna get a few attempts per weeks, basically. I had 30 medallions left at that point, which I blew for the most part on Echethra. Three days ago I finally defeated the last boss on humility, only to realize that the second set is obtained by doing all the humility challenges on all different soulbinds. I finally upgraded the building to rank 5 last week and made solid progress on the different bosses. I unlocked the path of ascension on my main ages ago, but never delved into it. I haven't done a lot of testing but it seems to be 1-2 per chest.Ĭomment by AlakeiThancanThis currency just broke me. Chests seem to be a fairly reliable source. At this point I'm going to guess it's around 20%. Callings occasionally award 3 medallions. far out.Įdit5: Just to finalise this post. I'm guessing only epic calling caches reward medallions.Įdit4: nope, didn't get any from an epic cache either. So it's not even 100% chance.Įdit3: 3 callings now and no medallions. It's just too overwhelming to think about unless they boost ways to collect it.Įdit: The option to donate materials to Dactylis (after you unlock it) is ridiculous also, you need 8 of each aforementioned crappy drop rate items to get 1 medallion.Įdit2: I just did a calling today and didn't get any Medallions of Service. I'm running an alt through each covenant, the incredible amount of anima required to purchase everything is not giving me much motivation to continue. I'm sure it will come in by default to some degree but it's probably going to suck when attempting harder trials. I was having fun in there until I ran out of Medallions and now I'm just deflated at the thought of having to farm for that crap as well. We now have to farm a currency just so we can have an opportunity to fight opponents.Īnd to top that off, once we actually get anywhere with it, we need 45000 anima to purchase everything off the vendors. Killing hundreds of mobs because the items needed to craft PoA items that unlock opponents and gear, randomly stop dropping for large periods of time. Doing hours of quest chains that involve stupid amounts of travelling to unlock opponents. Gaining at least 22 renown to unlock all the Soulbinds. Collecting 43500 anima and 150 souls to fully unlock the Path of Ascension Comment by HolomarSo let me get this straight.
